This is a message we received from a Client regarding his new Web Steel Building.

“The hybrid rigid steel frame vaulted steel building from Webb Steel Buildings Northwest suits my future needs perfectly. This building is in a whole different class from a wooden pole building. The open ceiling makes the building versatile for many future uses: the feeling is light and airy, with plenty of space for future mezzanine platform or extra tall equipment and projects. The steel construction allows clear-spans and design options that make the building attractive and suitable for many purposes. I plan on retiring soon, and this building will be suitable for hobby shop, RV storage, and I’m certain for uses I haven’t dreamed of yet.

The WSBNW Team made the design-construction process easy every step of the way. From the design checklist to the permitting drawings, I was able to choose the details I wanted to make the building uniquely mine. The engineered drawings and design calculations were well received and quickly approved by the county permitting officials. My site was sloped and swampy, yet the standard concrete pad and foundation were totally suitable. I chose my own grading contractor, my own concrete contractor, and selected one of the several erectors suggested by WSNW. With guidance by WSNW’ Randy Jarvis, I was able to save some money also by acting as my own general contractor.

On this project everything went according to plan and according to budget. Surprises in construction are always expensive, so no surprises amounts to money in-the-pocket. The building is rock solid, attractive, and practical. I got just what I wanted.

Many Thanks to Randy Jarvis, Jennifer Boaz, and all WSNW for doing what they said they would. Job well done!”
